To develop the Oldbury team into one of the best in the Worcester County. To develop all the swimmers to their potential and help them progress to County,Regional and National Level.
Greatest achievement: 
Winning one Regional Gold in the mens 4x100 Medley Relay and 2 Bronze in the Mens 4x100 Freestyle Relay. Also winning team Bronze at the British University Championships with the University of Birmingham, three years in a row
